Bridge Street Wit

The Waco Suspension Bridge has spanned the Brazos river in Central Texas for over 150 years. Less than a mile away we proudly brew Bridge Street Wit from a blend of wheat, barley, and rye with additions of orange and coriander yielding a pleasantly mellow and bright take on the Belgian style witbier.

As the Heart of Texas Waco serves as a cultural crossroads, uniting the best ideas into new creative works. Crossing the punchy citrus hops of the East Coast with the traditional pine-forward hops of the West, Wacotown features varieties like Sultana, Simcoe, and Cascade, resulting in a modern American IPA with a touch of pineapple.

Originally named and brewed for luggage carriers, loaders, lifters, and dockworkers, Porter became the beer style for the working class all over London, and soon, the world. Roasted malts provide a dark, rich color, lightly toasted aroma, and a delicious finish.
